Who Can Register to Vote in Texas?
✔️ Be a U.S. citizen
✔️ Be a resident of Bell County
✔️ Be at least 17 years and 10 months old (you must be 18 by Election Day)
✔️ Not be a convicted felon (unless your sentence, including parole or probation, is completed)
✔️ Not have been declared mentally incapacitated by a court
